We ensure that all staff, volunteers, and contractors who work with vulnerable groups are fully trained and aware of our safeguarding policy and procedures. We also require background checks and appropriate vetting for anyone who works with vulnerable groups.
We take all safeguarding concerns seriously, and we encourage anyone who has concerns about the safety and well-being of any individual in our care to report it immediately. We will listen to all concerns, investigate thoroughly, and take appropriate action to protect the individual and prevent any further harm.
