P.O.P Young Adults Worker

Working alongside POP Co-ordinator to deliver an empowering wellbeing programme with activities focusing on young people throughout the borough making positive choices to enrich their lives and futures

Duties will include – 

-To work alongside the POP Wellbeing Co-ordinator to develop a regular timetable of wellbeing activities for young adults.

-Develop ‘POP UP’ sessions specialising in confidence building, motivational activities, CV writing and Job applications that can be delivered within Schools and Colleges with Y11 and sixth form/college students.

-Support the POP Wellbeing Co-ordinator to identify and build relationships with partner agencies who will host POP UP’s in their venues.

-Engage in promoting and recruiting young adults into the POP Wellbeing service

-Deliver ‘POP UP’ sessions at established venues.

Pay Scale – £28,163 per annum

Hours – 37.5 hours per week, working over 5 days to include some evening and flexibility to include weekend work when necessary
